What does HubShare cost?
HubShare is free for a lease holder plus 3 teammates. Spaces of up to 6 people need the Standard plan ($10 a month or $100 a year); spaces of 7 or more need Plus ($20 a month or $200 a year). One plan covers all your spaces. There’s never a commission on rent, and Stripe’s standard processing fees apply on your own Stripe account.
Who counts toward my team size?
You, plus every member with an open membership in a space, including anyone part-way through checkout. Space Admins only count if they’re also members. Your largest space sets the plan you need.
What happens if my team outgrows my plan?
New members can’t join until you upgrade, and upgrading mid-year only charges the prorated difference. If a space has more people than your plan covers (for example, after your plan ends), we warn you, and 7 days later members’ rent there pauses until you choose a plan. Members keep their spots and aren’t charged for the paused months.
Does HubShare hold my members’ money?
Never. Every charge is made on your own Stripe account and settles to your bank. You’re the merchant of record and the issuer of invoices.
What do members need?
A HubShare account and your join code. They can use the iPhone or Android app, or the web app in any browser.
What happens when a payment fails?
Stripe retries the card automatically. HubShare shows the member under Defaults, notifies you, and sends reminders on your schedule until the invoice is paid.
Can my staff help run the space?
Yes. Invite Space Admins to manage members, positions, and reminders. Stripe settings and ownership stay with you.
How do members leave or delete their account?
Members cancel from Manage billing, and can delete their account in the app or on the account deletion page. Payment records are kept for tax purposes without personal details.
